Important Information
- Prices are per day and per apartment for a minimum stay of 4 nights:
- for the Western Suite with 4 persons
- for the other apartments with 2 persons
- Each additional person per day – €20
- For your welcome four-legged companions, we charge a daily rate of €20.
Local Tourist Tax
The local tourist tax has been in effect since 01.01.2014. The municipal accommodation tax depends on the category of the establishment and amounts to €2.50 per person per day. Children and young people under 14 years of age are exempt from this tax.
The tourist tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
E-Charging Station Available
At Ladinserhof, a charging station for electric cars is available for your convenient use on site.
Use of the charging station is subject to a fee.
Mobilcard
During your stay at Ladinserhof, you will receive the guest card “Seiser Alm Live” free of charge. With the Mobilcard, you can explore the Seiser Alm holiday region and all of South Tyrol by bus and train.
The following services are included:
- All shuttle buses in the Seiser Alm holiday region (except lines 10 and 11)
- Regional trains in South Tyrol: from Brenner to Trento, from Malles to San Candido
- Local public transport buses (city buses, regional buses, and city shuttles)
- Cable cars to Renon, Maranza, San Genesio, Meltina, and Verano
- The Renon tramway and the Mendel funicular
- One round trip with the Swiss PostBus between Malles and Müstair
Discounts on Combi Card, Nordic Pass, and Seiser Alm Card Gold. The Mobilcard is valid for 7 days. For longer stays, you will receive a new card.
Cancellation Policy
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday. We kindly ask for your understanding that in case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation between the 59th and 28th day before the planned arrival: 3 days of the agreed holiday price will be charged.
Cancellation from the 27th day before arrival: the cancellation fee amounts to 80% of the total price.
In the event of a “no show” (failure to take over the booked apartment) for the agreed period without prior cancellation, or in case of early departure, the full amount for the entire booked period will be charged.
